Scheduling a diagnostic test with us is easy and convenient. Follow these steps to book your appointment:

  1. Get an Order Form: Make sure you have a signed order form from your healthcare provider that specifies the type of diagnostic test you need and your insurance information.

  2. Submit Your Form: You can schedule your appointment in one of three ways:

    • Fax Your Form: Fax your EMR-generated order form to 704-525-6250.

    • Call Us: If you'd prefer to schedule your appointment by phone, you can contact our office directly at 704-525-7005 to speak with our scheduling team. They will assist you in setting up an appointment at a time that works for you.

    • Complete the Request Form: On the side, and one of our scheduling team members will reach out to you.

  3. Receive Confirmation: Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation with the date and time of your ultrasound.

  4. Prepare for Your Appointment: Be sure to follow the instructions below based on what diagnostic test you are having.

  5. Attend Your Appointment: Arrive at your scheduled time and follow any check-in procedures at our facility.

Abdominal & Pelvic 60 Avoid fatty foods and carbonated liquids the day prior to the exam. You must complete drinking 32 oz. of water one hour prior to the exam. You should not empty your bladder once you have started drinking.
Bladder 30 Please do not eat or drink anything 6-8 hours prior to the exam. Avoid fatty foods and carbonated liquids the day prior to your exam.
Medicare AAA Screening 30 Please do not eat or drink anything 6-8 hours prior to the exam. Avoid fatty foods and carbonated liquids the day prior to your exam.
Pelvic 30 No dietary restrictions, except you must complete drinking 32 oz. of water one hour prior to the exam. You should not empty your bladder once you have started drinking.
